Home Stability Program
A program for individuals and families suffering through financial and housing crisis, linking clients with resources throughout the community to assist with the current crisis. Then moving forward with them to provide tools to improve their current situation.
Defeat Addiction Program
We work with individuals who are suffering from addiction, survived an overdose and are reluctant to enter rehab. We also work with individuals who are/have suffered several relapses and are searching for additional support to maintain their sobriety. We provide information and support to families helping them to understand why addiction is happening in their family.
